In 2020, when Shore Thang models started to grow their roster of world beauties, Neave Dare was busy waiting out lockdown by doing live make-up tutorials on TikTok. Neave was then scarcely a teenager, and hadn't yet blossomed into the stunning beauty that the world now knows and appreciates. Neave created a few notable try-on hauls and it was soon decided that a photoshoot was the best way to introduce her to Shore Thang. More than five years after that photoshoot, we are happy to review the circumstance of that early collaboration. After flying into the UK, during peek pandemia in June 2020, Shore Thang creative director Zachary Elliot rented a car and drove from London to Southend-on-Sea, a sleepy seaside community south of London. It was decided over a quick intro during a cigarette (Sterling Dual!) that the first photos would be taken in the hotel room and then a quick walk down to the Adventure Island amusement park would follow.
