It is so comfortable and makes a great silhouette, which is great for low impact exercise, but not for such high impact exercise. As a high impact exercise bra, it didn’t live up to it. The bra is better for low impact exercise than for running, as the straps are not adjustable. She goes ahead and reviews the Freya bra and matching leggings, which do have a perfect fit. She has been wearing it all day and already is getting red marks on her shoulders. Wearing it under a top really gave her a “round profile”. Trying out the bra and leggings on the treadmill, she found the leggings are nice and not too see through. What they are is super stretchy, but the waist band didn’t fit well at all.

She rates the bra an eighth out of ten for support, but a three for comfort as it left a red mark. She tried to review another Freya bra for a lower impact durability. She tried out the bra for reformer Pilates. The bra straps were not so adjustable as the shape was in racer back style. She loved the size, style and fit and how it stayed in place during all the low impact exercises. She rated it a nine out of ten, and how it looked great under a top. In an honest review it was slightly too small, but would have been better if she sized up. Going on to try a scarlet red colored bra by the brand Curvy Kate, especially with the “J hook”, design which she found to be very comfy.

The bra is so comfortable that she would just wear it without a top, in a ladies only gym. The black and white print is definitely stylin. The matching leggings are perfect and when she puts on a top there is a perfect silhouette, without flattening her bust too much, as it has a bit of bounce. After running in it, it was fine overall, as the level of support may not be for running, more like for low impact exercises as there is some separation without the wires because of the cup shape.

There is a lot of structure to the sports bra, as Alice does not miss the wired feel at all. The separation which larger busts require is there, in the shape of a cup bra. This was her most favorite bra out of everything. Ten out of ten for support and no movement Her initial reaction to unwired bras would be how comfortable no wire bras are.
