Content Removal / Complaint Policy

If you have issue with or have been depicted improperly in content found on our company website, and you would like to appeal for its removal, please complete and submit a content removal/complaint form with the following:

 
1. Please provide as much identifying information about the reported content as possible, including but not limited to:
  • Identifying information about the merchant, website, and/or user that is responsible for the reported content.
  • A short description detailing your problem with the reported content.
  • The exact date and time you encountered the reported content on the merchant website.
NOTE: This form is applicable for multiple merchants, websites, and users. Kindly include the merchant and/or website details, along with the specific user responsible for the content, in the "more information" section. Please allow up to 5 business days for the reported Merchant to respond to your inquiry.
